Gwendolyn Kea is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of diverse experience in for-profit, nonprofit, and higher education administration. As the founder and owner of Premier Tax & Accounting Group, established in 2008, Gwen has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in financial management and consulting.
Throughout her career, Gwen has held key positions including CFO, Director of Finance, and Financial Consultant, contributing significantly to the success of various organizations. Her reputation for delivering rapid and tangible results to both for-profit and nonprofit entities has earned her widespread recognition and trust within the industry.
Gwen’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Shaw University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Strayer University. She is a dedicated member of prestigious professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), and the National Society of Accountants (NSA). Additionally, Gwen is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
Originally hailing from Philadelphia, PA, Gwen has proudly called Raleigh, NC her home for nearly 30 years. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her extensive experience and community involvement, continues to make her a respected leader in the field of accounting and financial management.
