Regional Coordinator (3 positions available)
NC Counts Coalition is seeking three full-time Regional Coordinators. The Regional Coordinator plays a key role in advancing NC Counts’ mission to build a healthy, just, and equitable North Carolina. The candidate must be grounded in community and ready to build relationships, strengthen connections, and support collective action across their region. This role is rooted in community presence. The Regional Coordinators work in partnership with the Regional Director to support the implementation of regional strategies while contributing to how the work takes shape.
The ideal candidate will bring an organizer’s mindset, a passion for movement-building, and a strong commitment to the communities we serve. They must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in all aspects of their work.
The candidate must be able to travel regionally and nationally, as well as work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to support community events and organizational priorities as needed.
