Debra Harding Allen

Debra Harding Allen is a retired educator with more than 30 years of experience. A lifelong learner, she returned to higher education as an adult, earning a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. This journey prepared her to step into the role of Executive Director of her church’s nonprofit organization following her retirement in 2012—a full-circle moment, as she was among the original board members who helped establish the organization in 1998. EBC-ATOM (A Total Outreach Ministry), Inc. serves the community through a three-pronged focus on Health, Housing, and Humanity. Debra is a youth leader and community servant who is deeply committed to helping young people reach their fullest potential. She is a native of Northampton County.
